Alexiev's House is located in the village of Gurgulyat, 39 km away from Sofia (asphalt-paved road). It is a solid structure of three storeys with local heating and open-air parking lot for 4 cars. It is surrounded by well-kept beautiful natural verdure. The house can accommodate ten persons. There are two double and one single rooms all of them with a terrace and wardrobe.
The oval-shaped sitting room with a large terrace and fireplace is very cozy. The kitchen is small but equipped with every modern convenience and here every one can show his or her culinary skills. There is a barbeque outside, a garden and a swimming pool.
